This is one of the most popular hardneck varieties- and rightfully so! Music is known for its exceptionally large and easy to peel cloves. It is a favorite among garlic enthusiasts for its aromatic, slightly spicy, and incredibly flavorful profile.
- An aromatic, slightly spicy, incredibly flavorful garlic when raw, smooth and buttery when roasted
- Produces between 4-7 large, easy to peel cloves per bulb
- Shiny-white sheaths with pink-tinged clove skins
- Approximately 5-7 bulbs per pound
- Stores well, 6-9 months in the proper conditions
Our garlic is available for purchase on our website or at our family farm from harvest through the planting season, July- October. Our garlic is well-suited for both culinary and cultivating applications.
