Our Story: Honeyville Acres Garlic Farm

Hello! We’re Kristen and David McAdams, proud owners of Honeyville Acres, a veteran-owned family farm in Honeyville, Utah. We grow fresh, heirloom garlic using hand-planted and hand-harvested methods, with a focus on organic practices.

Our love for garlic began with curiosity- the vibrant flavors of farm-fresh garlic and the fact that most garlic in the U.S. is imported. We wanted to share locally grown, high-quality garlic with our community and beyond.

Each year, we carefully plant cloves from our own crop, nurturing them through the seasons from fall to summer to produce flavorful, vibrant garlic bulbs. Our farm sits on a few scenic acres in Northern Utah, nestled against the mountains, where cold, snowy winters meet hot, dry summers. Our crops are nourished by the Bear River, flowing through Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah, fed by pristine snowpack. We cherish the slower pace of country life and feel lucky to raise our family here in Honeyville.
