Our Story: Honeyville Acres Garlic Farm
Hello! We’re Kristen and David McAdams, proud owners of Honeyville Acres, a veteran-owned family farm in Honeyville, Utah.
Our journey started when we became curious about garlic- the vibrant flavors of farm fresh garlic and the fact that the United States’ supply of garlic is largely imported into the country. This inspired us to produce high quality, locally grown garlic for our community to enjoy.
We are truly fascinated by the seasons of growing garlic. It highlights nature’s beautiful cycle of clove to bulb from fall through summer. Year after year, we plant cloves from our crop to cultivate vibrant and flavorful garlic bulbs. Our garlic is hand-planted and hand-harvested with a focus on mindful, organic practices.
Our fresh garlic, small-batch garlic products, and curated farm goods are available online with nationwide shipping, directly from our farm, or at local farmers’ markets across Northern Utah. Join our email list for harvest updates and product availability.
On our website, you’ll also find garlic growing tips, trusted family recipes, and curated items in our farm store- all designed to bring the flavors and joy of our farm directly to your table.
Our farm sits on a few acres in Northern Utah nestled right against the mountains. We have cold, snowy winters and hot, dry summers. Our crops are watered by the canals of the Bear River, which flows through the corners of Wyoming, Idaho and Utah and is fed by snowpack. We cherish the slower pace of the country and feel grateful to raise our family here in Box Elder County.
We take pride in every clove we grow, and we can’t wait for you to experience the fresh, locally grown garlic of Honeyville Acres- from our family farm in Northern Utah to your table, near or far.
