Music is our signature heirloom garlic variety, prized for its exceptionally large cloves, bold aroma, and rich, robust flavor that garlic lovers return for year after year. 

Strong and slightly spicy when raw, Music becomes rich, smooth, buttery, and deeply savory when cooked. Its large, easy-to-peel cloves make it a favorite among home cooks and chefs alike.

Grown in northern Utah using mindful organic practices, each bulb is hand planted, hand harvested, and carefully cured to develop deep flavor and excellent storage life.

Our 2026 harvest will be available beginning July 25. After harvest, bulbs are slowly cured for several weeks to enhance flavor and improve storage quality. Join our email list for harvest updates.

Approximate Weights:
Music and German White varieties- 3 bulb bundle is approximately ½+ lb., 6 bulb bundle is approximately 1+ lb., and 12 bulb bundle is approximately 2+ lbs. Elephant garlic will be heavier due to larger bulb size- 3 bulb bundle is approximately 3/4 lb.

Freshly harvested garlic is carefully packed and shipped nationwide from our family farm in Utah. We take pride in delivering garlic that has been properly cured, full of flavor, and ready to enjoy.
