German White is known for its exceptionally large and easy to peel cloves. It is a favorite among garlic enthusiasts for its distinct flavor and vigorous growth.

• A distinct, moderately spicy flavored garlic when raw, rich and mellow when roasted
• Produces between 4-6 large cloves per bulb 
• Creamy-white sheaths with reddish-brown clove skins
• Approximately 5-8 bulbs per pound
• Stores well, 6-9 months in the proper conditions

Our garlic is available for purchase on our website or at our family farm from harvest through the planting season, July- October. Our garlic is well-suited for both culinary and cultivating applications.
