Garlic Scapes

We have our fresh garlic scapes available for purchase at our family farm in Honeyville the first several weeks of June. Please select "Pickup in Store" at checkout and we will contact you when they are harvested fresh.

Have you ever tried garlic scapes? They are the edible flower stalks of hardneck garlic. Scapes have a delicious mild garlic flavor, tender-crisp texture and add fantastic flavor to a wide range of dishes.
