Elephant is known for its size- big! It looks, tastes, and smells like garlic, but it is actually a member of the leek family. It is wonderful cooked in dishes and provides a lovely mild flavor.  

• A mild flavored garlic with hints of onion and leek
• Produces between 5-6 large cloves per bulb 
• Creamy-white sheaths with white to light purple clove skins
• Approximately 4 bulbs per pound
• Stores well, up to one year in the proper conditions

Our garlic is available for purchase on our website or at our family farm from harvest through the planting season, July- October. Our garlic is well-suited for both culinary and cultivating applications.
