Elephant garlic is known for its impressive size, producing big, beautiful bulbs that make a statement in any kitchen. Though it looks and tastes similar to garlic, Elephant garlic is actually more closely related to the leek family, giving it a milder, smoother flavor than traditional hardneck garlic varieties.

Gentle and mellow with subtle notes of onion and leek, Elephant garlic becomes rich, sweet, and buttery when roasted or slow cooked. Its exceptionally large cloves are easy to peel and perfect for roasting whole, sautéing, grilling, and everyday cooking.

Grown in northern Utah using mindful organic practices, each bulb is hand planted, hand harvested, and carefully cured to develop excellent flavor and long storage life.

Our 2026 harvest will be available beginning July 25. After harvest, bulbs are slowly cured for several weeks to enhance flavor and improve storage quality. Join our email list for harvest updates.

Approximate Weights:
Music and German White varieties- 3 bulb bundle is approximately ½ lb., 6 bulb bundle is approximately 1 lb., and 12 bulb bundle is approximately 2 lbs. Elephant garlic will be heavier due to larger bulb size.
