A curated collection of our favorite garlic varieties, thoughtfully selected for home cooks, garlic lovers, and seasonal gifting.

The Chef’s Box includes:

• 3 German White garlic bulbs
• 3 Elephant garlic bulbs

Together, these three varieties offer a range of flavor, aroma, and culinary character- from the bold richness of Music, to the full-bodied depth of German White, to the mellow sweetness of Elephant garlic.

Beautiful, flavorful, and seasonally grown, this collection is designed for cooking, sharing, and enjoying throughout the harvest season.

Grown in northern Utah using mindful organic practices, each bulb is hand planted, hand harvested, and carefully cured to develop deep flavor and excellent storage life.

Our 2026 harvest will be available beginning July 25. After harvest, bulbs are slowly cured for several weeks to enhance flavor and improve storage quality.
