Grateful for 2025, Looking Ahead to 2026

Hello friends,

We wanted to take a moment to reflect with gratitude—and say thank you.

This past year marked a huge milestone for Honeyville Acres: our very first year selling garlic, after three years of patiently cultivating and caring for our crop. Seeing our garlic make its way into your kitchens has been incredibly rewarding.

We were also honored to receive the Utah Food Security Grant, which supports the production of shelf-stable Utah-grown food. This grant has helped us take meaningful steps toward strengthening local food security and growing with intention.

2025 was our biggest planting season yet, with 6,000 garlic plants in the ground—each one cared for using mindful, organic farming practices that honor the land we steward.
